NX points are your download balance. Buy a pack or subscribe, then spend points when you license an image or video. Different licenses and video formats (clip vs package, FHD vs 4K) cost different amounts of points.
Does a pack lock me into one license?
No. A pack gives you points only. When you download, you choose the license (Social, Standard, Extended, etc.). That choice sets the rights and how many points are deducted.
How many images or videos can I get?
It depends on the point cost of each download. See How NX points are calculated for category ranges. Costs are for reference — exact points are shown on the asset page before you download.
Which license do I need?
For organic social sharing, Social Basic or Social Media. For news websites, print, and blogs, Standard Editorial. For TV, broadcast, books, or documentaries, Extended Editorial. Pick the license on the image or video page when you download.
Do points expire?
One-time pack points never expire. Standard subscriptions refresh each billing cycle. By default unused subscription points reset each month; custom plans can be set to accumulate. Contact sales for custom arrangements.
Can I buy more points while on a subscription?
Yes — top up with any one-time point pack at any time. Your NX balance combines both sources.
Can I subscribe without contacting sales?
Yes. Open the Subscriptions tab and subscribe to a standard plan with a card. Custom rights, team seats, or invoiced billing still go through sales.
What if I need a commercial or advertising license?
Commercial licensing must be arranged separately. Contact our team at [email protected].
