Nexpher Images Media API

Browse and download licensed images inside your own system

Give your team a faster path from search to file—without leaving the CMS, newsroom, or product they already use.

Built for teams that need images where they already work

Stop bouncing between portals. Connect once, then search, preview, and download Nexpher Images from the tools your newsroom or product already runs.

  • Search inside your tools

Let editors and producers find Nexpher images by keyword, category, event, or orientation without leaving your CMS or newsroom app.

  • Download into your workflow

Pull licensed files straight into drafts, DAM folders, and publishing pipelines with secure, short-lived download URLs.

  • Keep rights with the file

Every result ships with caption, credit, and license fields so compliance stays attached to the asset you publish.

  • Connect agents with MCP

Use the same API key over Model Context Protocol so editors, CMS tools, and AI agents can search and pull licensed files from one library.

Three steps from your product to a licensed file

A simple request path: authenticate, search the library, then download into your system.

  1. 1

    Connect your system

Add your API key on the server and point your app, CMS plugin, or backend service at the Media API.

  2. 2

    Browse the library

Search and preview images with the metadata your team already expects—caption, credit, license, and size.

  3. 3

    Download where you work

Request a secure download and deliver the file into your product, article draft, or media library.

See the library, not another portal

Surface Nexpher Images inside your interface so editors can browse coverage and pull files into the story, campaign, or product screen they are already editing.

  • Search and filter from your backend
  • Show previews with caption and credit
  • Download licensed files into your media store

Questions teams ask before integrating

How do we get access?

The Media API is included with a Nexpher Images subscription. Email [email protected] to request access for your newsroom, CMS, or product team. We will provision keys after your subscription is confirmed.

Can our editors browse images inside our CMS?

Yes. The Media API is built so your CMS, newsroom tool, or internal dashboard can search, preview, and download licensed images without sending people to an external site.

How do downloads work?

Your system requests a short-lived download token, then fetches the image file over a secure URL in the size or format you need.

Do you support MCP?

Yes. Point an MCP client at https://media-api.nexpherimages.com/mcp and send your Bearer API key. Agents can search the library, read metadata, and request download tokens.

Do you help with onboarding?

Yes. You get API documentation, sample requests, and technical onboarding so your team can wire search and download into your existing system quickly.
