MANILA, PHILIPPINES, OCTOBER 7, 2026: Filipino activists rally near the United States Embassy in Manila in solidarity with Palestinians, marking three years since the October 7 attacks and the start of the Gaza war. Demonstrators condemned US military support for Israel and called for an end to the war in Gaza. Protesters also voiced opposition to the US-led Pax Silica initiative and the Luzon Economic Corridor, citing concerns over their potential impact on local communities, agricultural land and ancestral domains in the Philippines.
