BIDDU, OCCUPIED WEST BANK, OCTOBER 7, 2026: Israeli forces accompanied by military bulldozers and engineering units demolish the home of Palestinian prisoner Qadri Samara in Biddu, northwest of Jerusalem. Israeli forces evacuated the house and surrounding homes before demolishing parts of the building and destroying it with controlled explosions. Israeli authorities accuse Samara of carrying out a shooting attack near the Israeli settlement of Neve Tzuf, also known as Halamish, in which an Israeli was killed. The demolition took place during a wider Israeli military operation involving raids, arrests and movement restrictions in several Palestinian towns and villages northwest of Jerusalem.
